# Tagging files

> Pull saved documents into any conversation with the @ file picker.

Tagging pulls files you've already saved to Mesa directly into a conversation. Unlike one-off [attachments](/attachments), tagged files live in your Mesa library, so you can reuse the same documents across as many conversations as you like without re-uploading them.
